THE BASICS
Marshall, Texas-East Texas Baptist University scored 22 points off turnovers to claim a 87-62 win over the Eagles Saturday in conference play. The Tigers held a 46-21 lead at halftime and never let the Eagles back into the game in the second half. The Tigers led the entire game. The Eagles had three players reach double figures in scoring with Josh Ukpe leading the way with 15 points. Tylan Jackson added 14 points and Grayson Nix had ten.
