Eagles Compete In Harding University Track And Field Open

The Eagles set the 4x400 relay record Saturday night in Searcy.

THE BASICS
Searcy, Ark.-The Eagles competed at the Harding University Open Saturday in Searcy. Cesar Rodriguez set the school record in the 800-meter running a 2:00.57. He finished in eighth place. The men's 4x400 relay team set a new program record with a time of 3:39.04 and finished in eighth place. In the Men's 1500, Colby Dorcely ran a 5:10.41 for 25th place. In the Women's 1500, Marcela Valladares ran a 6:58.44 for 23rd place. In the men's 5000, Miguel Angel Quisquina Saloj ran a 17:10.32 for 16th place. In the women's 800, Mileidy Espinoza ran a 3:35.39  for 25th place. Colby Dorcely ran a 2:30.08 for 33rd place. In men's 400, Benjamin Stormes ran a 53.63 for 16th place. The Eagles will compete in the Little Rock Open April 15.
