Men's Track Finishes Day One Of ASC Championships

Clarksville, Ark.-The University of the Ozarks men's track team wrapped up day one at the American Southwest Conference (ASC) in Abilene, Texas, today with a total of nine points.  

Nathan Rankin placed second in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:58.60. Ashton Arnold placed 12th with a time of 11:39.95. Duban Figueroa placed 15th with a time of 12:13.92. Rankin placed eighth in the 10,000-meter run with a time of 35:50.19. Miguel Quisquina placed 14th with a time of 38:54.71.

The Eagles are currently sitting in sixth place. Day two will begin at 9:00 a.m. tomorrow morning. The Championships are being held at Abilene Christian University.
