Men's Track Finishes Day Two; Dickenson Sets Program Record

Andrew Duncan competed in the 800-meter run at the ASC Championships on Friday.

Clarksville, Ark.-The University of the Ozarks men's track team competed in day two at the American Southwest Conference (ASC) Championships in Abilene, Texas, today.

Tavion Dickenson broke the school record in the 400-meter running a 51.82. He placed 13th overall. In the 800-meter, Andrew Duncan ran a 2:02.58 for eighth place. Duncan qualified for the finals tomorrow. Benjamin Stormes ran a 2:04.74 for 15th place and Colby Dorcely ran a 2:20.26 for 22nd place. 

The Eagles are currently sitting in seventh place after Friday's prelims. Day three will begin at 9:00 a.m. tomorrow morning. The Championships are being held at Abilene Christian University.
