Clarksville, Ark.-University of the Ozarks senior Nathan Rankin was named the American Southwest Conference Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week, the league office announced today (September 5).

Rankin, from Plano, Texas, paced the Eagles to a third-place finish at the 5K Ouachita Baptist University Bob Gravett Invitational Saturday running a 15:59.0. He finished sixth in the race and was the top NCAA III runner there. This marks the seventh time Rankin has received Runner of the Week.
