Clarksville, Ark.-For the third time this running season, Nathan Rankin has been named the American Southwest Conference Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week, the league office announced today (October 10).

Rankin, a senior from Plano, Texas, finished as runner-up at the 8K U of O Invitational held Saturday in Clarksville. He ran a 26:29.8. Behind Rankin, the Eagles finished fourth as a team. Rankin has been the team's top finisher in each of the Eagles' races this season. This is his third time to be named ASC Runner of the Week. 

The Eagles will travel to Texas to compete in the East Texas Baptist University Tiger Invite October 14.
