Clarksville, Ark.-Senior Nathan Rankin has been named the American Southwest Conference Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week for the fourth time this running season, the league office announced today (October 17).

Rankin, a senior from Plano, Texas, won the 8K East Texas Baptist Tiger Invitational with a time of 25:52.9 on Friday. Rankin helped the Eagles to a runner-up finish at the race. Rankin has been the team's top finisher in each of the Eagles' races this season. This is his fourth ASC Runner of the Week award this season and third in the past four weeks.

The Eagles are now preparing for the ASC Championships held in Marshall, Texas, October 29.
