GAME ONE
Overview:
Clarksville, Ark.-Central Baptist College opened up a close game late to pick up a 12-3 win over the Eagles in game one. In the third, Mack Lucio singled in Rayli Ruby. In the fourth, the Eagles had back-to-back singles for Allie Shero, who worked a full count and then got a sacrifice fly to score one run and give the Eagles a 3-2 lead. But Central Baptist evened the score in the fifth with an RBI double and then took the lead for good with an RBI single. Central Baptist added two more runs to make it 6-3 in the fifth. The Mustangs added an insurance run in the sixth and five more in the seventh to put the game away. Ruby and Allison Cowart each had two hits.

GAME TWO
Overview:
Central Baptist opened the game with three runs in the first inning to seal a 10-0 win over the Eagles in game two. In the second inning, the Eagles loaded the bases with two outs, but Central Baptist worked out of the inning to keep the shutout intact. In the third, the Eagles put two runners on with one out, but the Mustangs induced a double play ball to end the threat. The Mustangs scored three runs in the fourth to push ahead 6-0. In the sixth, the Mustangs generated three runs. The Eagles suffered from five errors in the game and recorded only two hits.

The Eagles will host Howard Payne University April 14-15. Saturday will be Senior Day for the Eagles' three senior student-athletes. The ceremony will begin at 10:40 a.m.
