The Jackets scratched across a run in the first and fourth innings and then added six runs in the seventh. Cason kept the Eagles offense in check throughout the game as she didn't issue a walk until the bottom of the sixth. In the sixth, the Eagles advanced a runner to third base, but Cason again got out of it with a strikeout.
