THE BASICS
Marshall, Texas-East Texas Baptist University forced the Eagles into 34 turnovers as the Tigers posted a 79-39 win Saturday in conference play. The Eagles trailed 47-21 at halftime. For the game, the Tigers shot over 50 percent from the field while holding the Eagles to 27 percent. The Eagles came out of halftime and struggled offensively scoring only six points in the third quarter. McKenzie Greeson came off the bench to lead the Eagles with nine points, all of which came from the three-point line.

TURNING POINT
East Texas Baptist limited the Eagles to eight points in the second quarter and six points in the third quarter.

McKenzie Greeson hit all three of her three-point attempts to score nine points. It was the fourth time this season she has made three or more three-pointers.
