France Day Nine - Travel, Paris Saint – Germain, Parc des Princes Stadium & Bus Tour of ParisAugust 11, 2023Today we traveled from Lyon to Paris. Following lunch, we took the metro to Parc des Princes Stadium, the home to Paris Saint-Germain (PSG). It was a self-guided tour, but it was still a unique place. Getting to see the field was amazing. The stadium was huge and just breathtaking.

France Day One -TravelAugust 03, 2023France-The morning started off with a bus ride to Little Rock for our first flight to Atlanta. Then arriving to Atlanta, we had a five-hour wait until our flight to Paris, France. It was some of the athletes first every time on a plane, and most first time out of the country.

Eagles End Season In McMurry DrawOctober 29, 2022Abilene, Texas-The Eagles ended the season with a 0-0 draw against McMurry University on Saturday. McMurry created 21 shots on the day while the Eagles had one. Grace Houchin recorded seven saves, all coming in the second half. It was the fourth tie of the season for the Eagles. Three of those ties were in conference play.

Eagles Fall To Hardin-SimmonsOctober 27, 2022Abilene, Texas-Hardin-Simmons University scored early in the match and then added two more first half goals to take a 3-0 win over the Eagles Thursday night. The Cowgirls scored at the 1:46 mark for a quick 1-0 lead. The other two goals came in the 18th minute an 38th minute. Eagles End Match In Tie On Senior DayOctober 22, 2022Clarksville, Ark.-Just when it appeared the Eagles would get a big Senior Day and Homecoming win, LeTourneau University scored with less than three minutes remaining to end the game in a 1-1 tie. Halley Wheeler scored on a beautiful free kick goal from 25 yards out to put the Eagles ahead 1-0 in the 38th minute. The Eagles used that momentum and the push from a large home crowd to lead until a LeTourneau goal. The Eagles fought off seven corner kicks from LeTourneau and got a pair of spectacular saves from goalkeeper Grace Houchin. In the second half, the Eagles created five shots to put pressure on the LeTourneau defense. But it was LeTourneau that had a clutch goal to even the score. The Eagles outshot LeTourneau 9-7 in the game. Following the game, the athletic department honored the team's nine seniors as part of a Senior Celebration Ceremony.

Jayden Glover Nets Late Game-Winner For 2-1 WinOctober 20, 2022Clarksville, Ark.-The Eagles posted an exciting 2-1 conference win over East Texas Baptist University Thursday behind a game-winning goal from Jayden Glover. With the score at 1-1, Glover hit a shot that the goalkeeper got a hand on but the ball was hit hard enough to still roll in. That goal came with about two minutes remaining. The Eagles’ strong effort resulted in a goal in the 51st minute to take a 1-0 advantage. Mason Faucher would score in the box to ignite the Eagles. The Tigers however would even the score in the 71st minute. Goalkeeper Grace Houchin came up big with three second half saves to secure the game. The Eagles totaled six shots in the match.

Eagles Put Up Fight Against Nationally Ranked UMHBOctober 15, 2022Clarksville, Ark.-The Eagles gave nationally-ranked Mary Hardin-Baylor all it wanted as the Crusaders overcame a 1-0 deficit to come away with a 3-1 win Saturday in conference play. The Eagles led 1-0 on a goal from Kaitlyn McMahan in the ninth minute. McMahan raced down the field in a one-on-one opportunity with the goalkeeper and kicked a rocket that the goalkeeper deflected. The ball was hit enough to continue on and roll into the back of the net. The assist went to Savannah Solloway. The No. 15 Crusaders did answer to make it 1-1 at halftime. After battling through the second half, the Crusaders scored in the 67th minute and the 83rd minute. Mary Hardin-Baylor created 11 corner kicks in the match.
