Clarksville, Ark.- University of the Ozarks junior midfielder Halley Wheeler was named the American Southwest Conference Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week, the league office announced Monday (October 24).

Wheeler, from Rockwall, Texas, impacted the Eagles' matches with her midfield play, scoring a goal and assisting on the game-winning goal in a 1-0-1 week. Behind Wheeler's play, the Eagles remain in contention for a playoff spot. On the season, Wheeler has two goals, two assists and 13 shots in 14 starts. 

Wheeler and the Eagles will hit the road to take on Hardin-Simmons University October 27 and McMurry University October 29.
