Six Women's Soccer Players Earn Academic All-District

Six members of the women's soccer team made the 2022 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Women's Soccer Academic All-District Team.

Clarksville, Ark.-Six members of the women's soccer team made the 2022 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Women's Soccer Academic All-District Team, it was announced this week.

CSC, formerly known as CoSIDA, recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. Academic All-District® honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot.

The honorees include Kelsey David, a senior biology major from Cabot, Ark.; Claudia Garcia, a junior elementary education major from Clarksville, Ark.; Jayden Glover, a senior biology major from Greenbrier, Ark.; Lilly Hill, a sophomore psychology major from Conway, Ark.; Grace Houchin, a sophomore health science major from Ardmore, Okla.; and Alex Kasper, a sophomore biology major from Poteau, Okla.

To be eligible for the CSC Academic All-America® program student-athletes must have a 3.50 cumulative grade point average, be a significant contributor to the team (having played in at least 50 percent of the team's games), and be enrolled at the institution for at least 12 months.
