HOW IT HAPPENED
Irving, Texas.-The Eagles won their fourth game of the season to improve to 4-1-0 while notching another shutout in Friday night's 2-0 win over University of Dallas. The Eagles have shutout four of their five opponents. After a scoreless first half, the Eagles broke into the scoring column when Lilly Hill scored in the 56th minute on an assist from Mason Faucher. Holding a 1-0 lead, the Eagles were awarded a penalty kick in the 78th minute. Savannah Solloway calmy buried the shot for her third goal of the young season. The Eagles owned a 11-5 shots advantage in the match. Melanie Glossup notched the shutout in goal behind two saves. Taliana Schmidt had a team-best four shots.
