Overview:
Ouachita Baptist University overcame a 2-0 deficit to take a 4-2 win over the Eagles Tuesday afternoon. In the second inning, Mason DaBour singled in Dakota Ebarb, who had earlier reached base on a double. With one out, Justin Crider reached base on a single to put a pair of runners on base for Rocky Liveoak. Liveoak delivered an RBI as he grounded out to second base. The Tigers were able to get the third out, but Ozarks still led 2-0. In the fifth, Ouachita Baptist battled back behind two hits. With two outs, the Tigers had a two-run double and an RBI single to take the lead for good. The Eagles did record two hits in the sixth and two hits in the seventh, but were unable to generate any runs. The Eagles outhit the Tigers 11-7. Breyden Varner, Fielder Dufrene and Josh Woolly all had two hits. David Beck took the loss after tossing 4.2 innings.
