GAME THREE
Overview:
Concordia University Texas got the go-ahead run in the top of the eighth on a sacrifice bunt and then scored three runs in the ninth for a 9-5 win Saturday in game three. The game was tied 5-5 after Concordia scored four runs in the fifth. The Eagles jumped ahead 3-0 in the bottom of the first on two hits. The Eagles took a 5-1 advantage in the third on three hits. But the Tornados stormed back and pitcher Daniel Lewis cruised through the final four innings allowing just two hits. The Eagles gave up three runs in the top of the ninth and couldn't overcome the deficit. Luke Morrison went 3-for-4.
