Game One Overview
Clarksville, Ark.-The UT Dallas Comets exploded for 23 runs in game three to win the series against the Eagles. The Comets won Sunday's rubber match 23-4. The Comets opened game three with a statement, scoring eight runs off four hits, two of which were home runs. The Eagles plated a run in the first, second, third and fourth inning, but it wouldn't nearly be enough as the Comets added 11 runs in the top of the fifth to put the game out of reach. The Comets outhit the Eagles 18-5. Kagen Kennedy went 2-for-3 with two RBI to lead the Eagles.
