Eagles Suffer First Loss

Richardson, Texas-The Texas Dallas men shot 51 percent and led 40-24 at the half en route to a 90-68 American Southwest Conference win over the Eagles Saturday.

Dylan Gray led Ozarks, now 4-1 overall and 1-1 in the conference, led the team with 16 points and seven rebounds. The Eagles were limited to 27 percent shooting from the field in the first half. Ozarks improved to 46 percent for the second half, but it was already too late. Texas Dallas extended its lead to 20 points early in the second half and never let Ozarks back into the game.

Gray drilled 4-of-8 from the three-point line. Jerome Luster came off the bench and hit 3-of-5 from the three-point line and scored 14 points.

Ozarks will host Concordia University Texas December 5.
