THE BASICS
Clarksville, Ark.– No. 22 University of Mary Hardin-Baylor handled the Eagles Thursday night 85-59. The Crusaders jumped out to an early lead and never slowed down holding the Eagles under 60 points for the first time in over a month. The Crusaders led 44-26 at halftime hitting over 50 percent from the floor. The Crusader defense clamped down the Eagles' offense holding the home team to shoot 28 percent from the field in the first half. The Eagles couldn't catch up in the second half and trailed 70-39 at the midway point. Kamren Roelke had 17 points to lead the team.
