Clay Target Finishes Fifth At Missouri Tundra Shootout

The clay target team finished fifth at the Missouri Tundra Shootout.

Columbia, Missouri-The women's and men's clay target team had another strong showing at the University of Missouri Tundra Shootout finishing fifth overall.

Lindenwood University and Fort Hays State University each scored 1412. Connors State scored 1391 and Oklahoma State University finished with 1376. The Eagles posted a score of 1355. 

Mason Malin had the highest overall score for the Eagles with 280. His score was 12thamong the competitors. Jacob Tucker was next for the Eagles at 15th. He totaled 278. In the skeet competition, Keaton Little and Tucker were the team's top finishers with 96. In sporting clays, Shon Hastings and Levi Prestidge were the team's top finishers with 89. In trap, Zane Arnold was the team's top finisher with 96. Malin and Tucker followed with 95.

The Eagles will hold the U of O Partner Shoot February 29. Senior Day will also be held at the event with each senior being honored.
