Jacksonville, Ark.-The women's and men's clay target team dominated the Arkansas Collegiate Shoot held in Jacksonville February 26-27.
The Eagles swept every event by a large margin to take home the team championship. The Eagles have won the Arkansas Collegiate Shoot championship every year the team has participated since 2018. Jacob Tucker was the individual HOA with 364. He hit 87 in Sporting, 97 in Skeet, 94 in Singles Trap and 86 in Doubles Trap. The Eagles had the top-5 finishers in HOA on the men's side. Kyleigh Hepner was second in the women's HOA with 273.
In Sporting, Lane Klohn placed first with 91. Clayton Villines placed second with 90 and Mason Malin placed third with 88. The team won Sporting with 440. In Skeet, Keaton Little placed first with 98, Lane Klohn placed second with 98 and Charles Priddy placed third with 97. The team won Sporting with 485. In Doubles Trap, Tucker placed first with 86. Priddy placed second with 84 and Wyatt McCaghren placed third with 84. The team won Doubles Trap with 416. In Singles Trap, Lane Ward won first with 96 and Tucker was third with 94. The team won Singles Trap with 469.
The Eagles will now prepare for the ACUI National Championships March 19-26 in San Antonio.
