Kerrville, Texas-The clay target team won the 2022 National Championship in International Trap/Bunker (Division 2) at the ACUI National Championships in Kerrville, Texas on Sunday (March 20).

The top three shooters included Jacob Tucker, Corbin Cooper and Cameron Ziarko. The Eagles posted a score of 253 to win its first team national title at the ACUI Championships. The championship came in the Division 2 competition. 

It is the third team championship for the clay target team this season. In October, the program won two Scholastic Clay Target Program National Championships. At that competition, the Eagles brought home championships in International Skeet and International Trap/Bunker. 

The Eagles will continue to compete in the ACUI National Championships this week in San Antonio.
