Clarksville, Ark.- University of the Ozarks senior forward Kyle Seymour was named the American Southwest Conference Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week, it was announced by the conference office Tuesday, September 5.
Seymour, from New Lenox, Ill., helped the Eagles to a dominate 8-0 season-opening win against Centenary College on Friday. Seymour had an explosive offensive game creating shots and opportunities for his teammates. Seymour scored once and assisted on three other goals for the Eagles. He recorded two shots on goal and totaled five points. Seymour is a three-time All-Conference player for Ozarks.
Seymour and the Eagles will travel to Texas to take on Austin College September 8 and University of Dallas in Conway September 10.
