Swim Team To Host First-Ever Race; Compete In Austin College Invitational

Clarksville, Ark.-The University of the Ozarks women's and men's swim will host the school's first-ever race Friday, January 13 at the Clarksville Aquatic Center.

The U of O Dual against Hendrix College will begin at 5:00 p.m. The university will also host another dual January 28.

On January 7, the Eagles traveled to Sherman, Texas, for the Austin College Invitational. Ozarks would place seventh in both the women's and men's race. In the 50-yard free, Arielle Burfine placed 11th with a time of 29.69. Jake Sawyer placed 13th in the 50-yard free with a time of 25.52. Sawyer placed fifth in the 100-yard back with a time of 1:04.55. In the 100-yard free, Sawyer was 11th overall with a time of 56.71.
