Clarksville, Ark.-Seven University of the Ozarks women's and men's swimmers were named to the 2018 winter Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) Academic Honor Roll, it was announced by the league office June 13.

To qualify, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade-point average of 3.25 for the term and be a regular member of a varsity athletic team in a sport sponsored by the conference.

The honorees include Meghan Cave, a freshman from Clarksville; Kaitlyn Henrietta, a junior from Aledo, Texas; Nicole Lopez, a junior from Belize; Valeria Robleto, a senior from Nicaragua; Brenda Sandoval, a junior from Guatemala; Guillermo Hernandez, a sophomore from Pachuca, Mexico; and Thibault Melchior, a senior from France.

Ozarks completed its second season of swimming under head coach David DeGeus.
