GAME THREE
Overview:
Louisiana College used a consistent offensive attack to upend the Eagles 7-1 Saturday in the final game of the series. The Wildcats posted runs in the first four innings while holding the Eagles scoreless during that stretch. The Eagles had runners on base in the second, third, fifth and sixth inning. In the fifth, Brooke Savoie doubled to right field. Savoie was then advanced to third base on a single, but the Eagles were unable to bring her home. In the following inning, the Eagles generated a run behind three hits. Hailey Ostrander singled in Hannah Oler, who reached base on a double.
