GAME ONE
Overview:
The Eagles couldn't quite generate enough offense to hold onto an early lead as Texas Dallas won 3-1. In the first, Brittney Dean tripled to right field and later scored on a wild pitch to give the Eagles a 1-0 lead. Unfortunately, that would be all Ozarks would score. The Comets evened the score in the third and took the lead for good in the fourth. The Eagles put runners in scoring position in the sixth and seventh innings, but couldn't push them across. Brooklyn Keeling paced Ozarks with two hits.

GAME TWO
Overview:
The Eagles once again jumped out to an early 1-0 lead only to have Texas Dallas fight back for a 9-4 win. Texas Dallas tied the game in the third and then plated four runs in the fourth to hold a 5-1 advantage. In the fourth, it appeared the Eagles would mount a major comeback. Kieara Bryant and Keeling recorded back-to-back hits. With one out, Taylor Teague drew a walk to load the bases. Hailey Ostrander then delivered an RBI single to bring the score to 5-2. However, the Comets were able to get consecutive batters out to end the threat. In the fifth, Keeling stayed hot as she stroked an RBI single and Brooke Savoie posted an RBI to bring the Eagles within 5-4. The Comets quickly answered with two runs in the next frame. Ostrander, Keeling and Hannah Oler each had two hits. The Eagles stranded nine runners.
