GAME THREE
Overview:
Concordia University Texas edged the Eagles 2-1 in game three of the series Saturday. The Eagles made a valiant effort to get back into the game only to have Concordia secure the game late. Concordia scratched across a run in the third and another in the fourth to hold a 2-0 lead. But the Eagles fought back in the top of the seventh. Allyson Fultz started off with a double to right center field. Shanoe Teague was inserted to pinch run and advanced to third in the next at-bat. Teague would score, but the Eagles had two outs. Concordia was able to force a lineout to end the game.
