THE BASICS
The Eagles lost their second straight game against UT Dallas within the last four days falling to the Comets 81-63 Saturday in American Southwest Conference play. The Eagles jumped out to an early lead owning a 10-2 advantage. The Comets ended the first quarter with a narrow 18-16 lead. The Comets led 36-25 at the half. The third quarter went in favor of the Eagles as they scored 20 points and trailed by only 55-45 heading into the fourth. Kamryn McKinney fueled the Eagles in the third with six points.
