Clarksville, Ark.– The Eagles had to play catch-up the entire game as Hardin-Simmons University controlled the contest throughout and came away with a 92-63 conference win Sunday. Hardin-Simmons hit over 50 percent from the field and dominated the glass pulling down 47 rebounds. The Cowgirls led 46-33 at halftime and then scored 26 points in the third quarter to make a comeback difficult for the Eagles. Ganae Gaines provided a spark off the bench scoring 15 points. She hit a pair of three-pointers.
