THE BASICS
Clarksville, Ark. – LeTourneau University spoiled Senior Day for the Eagles as the visitors came away with a 70-63 win Saturday. Under first-year head coach Shauna Watson, the Eagles end the season with a 7-15 overall record and a 4-13 conference mark. The Eagles led 31-27 at halftime, but LeTourneau scored 28 points in the third quarter to hold a 55-49. In the fourth quarter, the Eagles chipped away within three points on two occasions with less than two minutes to play, but couldn't ever take the lead. The Eagles had a big night on the boards pulling down 51.
