Clarksville, Ark.-University of the Ozarks junior Corey Muniz was named the Southeast Conference Wrestler of the Week, it was announced Monday.

Muniz, a native of Romeoville, Ill, posted a 3-0 record in the 125-pound class at the Ouachita Baptist Hatcher Invite and helped the Eagles to a third-place finish. Muniz had two technical falls over a NAIA and NCAA Division II opponent, and then capped the weekend with a major decision over an NCAA Division III national qualifier. Muniz, who finished as the winner of the 125-pound class, was named the Outstanding Wrestler at the competition.
    
The Eagles will travel to Nebraska for the Nebraska Wesleyan Dual December 15.
