Day Two Finished At SCAC Championships For Women's Swim And Dive Team

San Antonio, Texas-The women's swim and dive team completed day two of the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Championships in San Antonio Friday. 

The women remain in sixth place at the Championships with one day remaining.

In the 200 medley relay, Rosie Wade, Paige Vire, Catherine Wellborn and Antalya Meals placed fifth with a time of 2:01.76. Shalley Coffin, Skylar Frazier, Emily Spillers and Kylee Booher placed 14th with a time of 2:11.47. Wade placed fifth in the 400 IM with a time of 4:58.27. Spillers placed tenth with a time of 5:23.62. In the 100 fly, Wellborn posted a time of 1:02.96 for ninth place. In the 200 free, Meals placed 18th with a time of 2:13.48. In the 100 breaststroke, Vire placed 11th with a time of 1:15.83. Frazier placed 16th with a time of 1:21.34. Booher placed 17th with a time of 1:30.20. In the 100 backstroke, Coffin placed 18th with a time of 1:12.08. In the 800 free relay, Wade, Wellborn, Spillers and Coffin placed sixth with a time of 8:44.45. Frazier, Vire, Meals and Booher were 13th posting a time of 9:43.06. 

In the diving competition, Dawn Hampton posted a score of 250.20 in the one-meter event. She was sixth overall. Maria Reyes was eighth with a score of 219.55.
