Hendrix Women Edge Swim And Dive Team

The Eagles dropped a narrow meet against Hendrix College.

Clarksville, Ark. - The women's swim and dive team took on Hendrix College for the fourth time this season and came up short 120-109 Tuesday night.

The Eagles started the meet strong winning the 200 medley relay with a time of 2:08.01. Rosie Wade and Shalley Coffin went one and two in the 1000 free. Wade swam a 11:26.32, while Coffin swam a 12:34.91. Faith Coffin won the 200 free with a time of 2:08.05. Catherine Wellborn placed second in the 50 free with a time of 27.98. In the 200 IM, Arianna Rosario placed second with a time of 2:35.83. In one-meter diving (voluntary), Macy McPhillips posted a score of 167.60 for the win. Rosario placed second in the 100 fly with a time of 1:10.17. In the 100 free, Wellborn was the team's top finisher with a time of 1:03.10 for third place. Natalie Naramore placed third with a time of 1:14.46 in the 100 back. Wade won the 500 free with a time of 5:43.16. In the one-meter diving (optional), McPhillips placed second with a score of 174.95. Skylar Frazier placed third in the 100 breaststroke with a time of 1:19.41. The Eagles won the 200 free relay with a time of 1:50.31.
