Women's Swim And Dive Team Dominates, McPhillips Sets Records

The Eagles had a strong day Saturday topping McMurry and Williams Baptist.

Clarksville, Ark. - The women's swim and dive team had an impressive day at Saturday's Senior Swim Meet topping both McMurry University and Williams Baptist University.

The Eagles won the double dual, topping Williams Baptist University 190-58 and McMurry University 182-77. Among the individual winners included Natalie Naramore, who swam a 21:15.20 to take first place in the 1650 free. Skylar Frazier won the 50 breaststroke with a time of 36.13. Faith Coffin won the 50 free with a time of 26.72. Macy McPhillips won the one-meter, five set with a score of 159.35. She set a new program record in the one-meter, six set with a score of 217.85. She broke the 11 dive set record with 377.20 points. Rosie Wade won the 100 free with a time of 56.87. Catherine Wellborn won the 50 fly with a time of 30.12. The Eagles won the 200 free relay with a time of 1:50.41.

The Eagles will now prepare for the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Championship February 16-19 in Garland, Texas.
