THE BASICS
The women's and men's track teams competed in the Southern University Dan Veach Invitational March 27 in Magnolia. Cesar Rodriguez placed 12th in the 1500-meter with a time of 4:27.02. Keeshon Towles place 13th with a time of 53.82 in the 400-meter and Ndayambaje John placed 16th with a time of 57.67. Chloe Boyer placed 20th with a time of 3:14.00 in the 800-meter and Jhenna Hillier placed 21st with a time of 3:19.21. Keeshon Towles placed eighth in the 800-meter with a time of 2:08.04.
