Vinny Barber '19 enters his first year as the head men's coach at Ozarks for the 2022-23 season. Barber served four years as the assistant coach before being promoted to head coach. Barber was named the head women's coach April 2023.

• Assisted two wrestlers to NCAA III Championships
• Two wrestlers named NCAA III NWCA All-Americans
• Wrestler named Southeast Conference Wrestler of the Year

• Helped program to a pair of runner-up finishes at SEC Championships, with seven wrestlers winning individual SEC Championships
