Hannah Smith Named To USTFCCCA All-Academic Team

University of the Ozarks senior cross country runner Hannah Smith was named to the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic Team.

Clarksville, Ark.-University of the Ozarks senior cross country runner Hannah Smith was named to the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic Team.
     
Smith, from Blue Eye, Mo., finished 56th at the 2018 NCAA III Regional meet and third at the American Southwest Conference Championships. Smith was a member of the ASC Women's Cross Country Distinguished Scholar-Athlete Team and earned First Team All-Conference. Smith has a 3.83 grade point average (GPA) in Accounting.

To qualify for the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team, the student-athlete must have compiled a cumulative GPA of 3.30 or greater and finish in the top 25 percent of their respective regional championship meet.
