Ozarks (12-2, 0-0 ASC) used a nine-run first inning to earn a 17-4 win in game one. The Eagles pounded out five hits in the first frame, with John Glenn leading off with a solo home run. David Smith doubled in two runs, and Glenn would record a two-run single in his second at bat of the inning. Todd Koch hit a solo shot into the pine trees beyond the left field fence in the second to make it 10-2. Chris Sexton highlighted the bottom of the third when he hit a bases loaded triple. Sexton would do more damage in the fifth when he doubled in one run. With a 14-4 lead going into the bottom of the sixth, the Eagles padded their advantage to 17-4. Jeffrey Weaver tripled in a pair of runs and Sexton had his second double of the game to score another run.
Jeremy Hogan (1-0) pitched six innings to receive his first win of the season.
Sexton finished 3-for-4 with 6 RBI. Glenn went 2-for-4 with 3 RBI. Cory Briggs finished 3-for-3.
Eureka did little to slow down the Eagles' offense in game two, as Ozarks recorded 20 hits in a 16-9 win.
Broussard went 4-for-5 with 4 RBI. Briggs, Smith, Hogan and Koch all had two hits in the game.
Mummey (2-0) received the win after going five innings.
