Dixon went the distance as the Eagles (30-9) took game one 7-2. The senior (8-1) worked in and out of trouble early in the game before settling in the rest of the contest. Dixon got in a jam with no outs in the first inning when he loaded the bases. Already facing a one-run deficit, Dixon promptly struck out the side on his way to a 10-strikeout performance. 

The Eagles broke a 2-2 tie in the bottom of the fifth inning and scored four runs to take the lead 6-2. The damage came with two outs when the Eagles picked up five consecutive hits including a two-RBI single by Robert Mummey and a RBI double to for Scott Dietz.

Five different players had two hits for Ozarks.

Game two started out as a pitcher's duel as the game was scoreless going into the bottom of the fourth until the Eagles hammered out four runs to take the lead 4-0. That inning got started with a solo blast from Bruce Cameron, his second of the twin bill and 12th home run for the season. Brad Broussard picked up a pair of RBI in the sixth to increase Ozarks advantage to 11-0. 

Koch (6-2) went 6 2/3 to pick up the win and scattered five hits.

Cory Briggs, the American Southwest Conference's leading hitter, went 3-for-4 with a two-run shot in game two to go along with two hits in game one. Jonathan Cox finished 3-for-5. 

The Eagles will host Rogers State University on Tuesday, April 22nd starting at 2:00 pm. It will be the final regular season game as the Eagles prepare for post season play.
