Hudson (2004-06, 2008) is one of 13 pitchers listed on the Toros' opening day roster and will see action out of the bullpen. Hudson, a 6-foot, 185-pound native of Clarksville, was among the top relievers in the American Southwest Conference during his career. The right-hander notched a school-record 14 saves and was an All-Conference player in 2005 and 2006. He owns career records at Ozarks in appearances with 61. He ranks sixth in innings pitched (133.2) and seventh in strikeouts (89).

Hudson joins former Eagles pitcher Curt Dixon in the Continental Baseball League. Dixon is with the Big Bend Cowboys in Alpine, Texas.

The Toros won the league championship last season with a 49-29 overall record. They open the season against the Texarkana Gunslingers May 14 in Texarkana. 

The Continental League is made up of six teams across the south, including the Alexandria Aces (Alexandria, La.), the Big Bend Cowboys (Alpine, Texas), the Coastal Kingfish (Houston, Texas), the South Louisiana Pipeliners (Morgan City, La.) and the Texarkana Gunslingers (Texarkana, Texas).
