2013: Owned a 3.18 ERA and finished second on the team in innings (65.0). Fanned 35 in 11 starts. Threw one complete game. Fanned 8 against Simpson College and struck out 7 more in his next appearance. Threw a four-hitter  and did not issue a walk against Millsaps. Did not allow an earned run in 7.2 innings of work against LeTourneau. 

2012: Tied for the team-lead in starts (10). Led team in innings pitched (62.2). Threw 2 complete games, second-most on the team. Finished with a 2-3 record and a 5.74 ERA. Had 23 strikeouts. Named ASC Pitcher of the Week after tossing his second complete game in as many starts in a win over Schreiner in late February. Tossed back-to-back nine-inning games against Simpson and Schreiner. Threw a four-hitter and gave up just 1 run against Simpson. Scattered 6 hits, struck out 5 and did not issue a walk in 9.0 innings against Schreiner. Fanned 4 in start against LeTourneau April 5. Allowed 2 or fewer earned runs in six appearances. Gave up 1 earned run against Louisiana College April 13 in 2.1 innings.

2011: Posted a 1-1 record in 22.0 innings of work. Made 1 start and appeared in 12 games. Recorded 10 strikeouts and had a 4.91 ERA. Owned a 0.00 ERA through first 7 games. Did not allow a hit in 3 games. Threw 5.1 innings in a start against Hendrix College April 12 to earn his first win, while tossing a 4-hitter. Fanned 4 in 5.1 innings against UT-Tyler March 18.

FORDYCE HS: Earned All-State, All-District and team Most Valuable Player honors his senior campaign. Hit .540 with 16 RBI and recorded 63 hits. Owned a .595 on-base percentage and stole 16 bases. Posted a 2.89 ERA and collected 3 saves in 55.2 innings of work his senior season. Named All-District as a junior and sophomore.
