Conway, Ark.-Hendrix College rallied from a 5-4 deficit to upend the Eagles 8-5 Wednesday night in non-conference play.
Andrew Beck had a bases clearing triple to give the Eagles (9-18) a 5-3 lead in the fourth only to have the Warriors (17-13) score three runs in the sixth to take the lead for good. Ozarks evened the score at 2-2 in the top of the third behind RBI from Beck and Tony Morales. Hendrix responded with a run in the bottom half of the inning take grab a 3-2 lead. The Eagles eventually held a 5-4 lead after five, but couldn't hold onto it.
Beck went 2-for-4 and drove in four runs. Quinton Ray finished 3-for-3 with two runs.
Nathan Cedor tossed five innings as the starter. Adam Geller (0-1) received the loss in relief.
Ozarks will travel to Richardson, Texas, to face UT-Dallas April 11-12.
