Went 6-for-10 in three-game series against Mary Hardin-Baylor. Drove in two runs against three different opponents. Had a 4-for-5 performance against Louisiana College. Had four games with three or more hits. Had five total bases in back-to-back games.

CLINTON HS: Hit .410 with 18 RBI and 12 runs as a senior. Also had 25 hits and 7 steals. Finished career with a .375 batting average. Two-time All-State performer and a four-time All-Conference player. Helped team to a district championship his freshman and senior season.
