GAME ONE
Overview:
The Eagles had to overcome a 5-0 deficit early to pick up a 7-6 win against Belhaven University Thursday afternoon. The Eagles exploded for six runs in the bottom of the second on five hits. Alex Ray started the rally with a single and Trey Vance immediately followed with an RBI double. James Cross then drew a walk and Tyler Arco singled to load the bases. Josh Stephens was hit by a pitch to bring Vance across the plate. Rennie Arjona then had a fielders choice RBI to bring the score to 5-3, but it was a two-run single from Erick Aguirre that did most of the damage. A double steal allowed Arjona to score and Ray Lozano pushed across the go-ahead run with an RBI single. From there, Dylan Kuester cruised and allowed just three hits the rest of the way. He faced the minimum in the fifth and sixth innings. Kuester tossed a complete game to move his recorded to 5-0. He fanned five and issued only one walk. Rey Lozano had three hits.

GAME TWO
Overview:
The Eagles tagged previously unbeaten pitcher Brett Sanchez with ten hits and his first loss of the season in a 7-2 win. He fanned four during his outing to receive the win. Brizendine recorded the save with a four-hit performance in 3.1 innings of work. Brizendine did not allow an earned run and struck out five.
