GAME THREE
Overview:
Clarksville, Ark.-University of Mary Hardin-Baylor blasted four home runs and the Eagles' defense committed four errors as the Crusaders won game three of the series 16-6 Saturday. The Crusaders hit two homers in the first inning to start their offensive outburst. The Crusaders followed with another homer in the second to make it 4-1 after two. In the fifth, Trey Vance homered and Luke Morrison ripped an RBI double to pull the Eagles within 5-3. But the Crusaders scored four times in the sixth and seven times in the eighth to put the game out of reach. All seven of their runs in the eighth came with two outs. Ben Cross, Morrison and Dru Didway all had two hits.
