GAME ONE
Overview:
Clarksville, Ark.-Rennie Arjona and Dru Didway each homered and drove in four runs while starting pitcher Blake Benson threw a complete game as the Eagles won 15-8 against Sul Ross State University Thursday. Didway did part of his damage in the first inning with a three-run homer. The Eagles then added five runs in the second inning behind a Trey Vance two-run double, a Didway RBI single, a Ben Cross RBI single and a Sul Ross State error. Sul Ross would make it 8-4 in the third, but the Eagles responded with three runs in the fourth on a Kagen Kennedy two-run single and a sacrifice fly from Arjona. The Lobos came back with three runs in the fifth. However, Josh Ropple ripped an RBI single in the sixth. Arjona then blasted a three-run shot to put the game away. Meanwhile, Benson would fan nine in seven innings. In addition to Arjona and Didway, Luke Morrison and Kennedy had three hits apiece.

GAME TWO
Overview: 
The Eagles jumped out to a 8-0 lead en route to a 9-7 win in game two Thursday. Luke Morrison smashed a two-run homer in the first inning to put the Eagles in front 2-0. In the third, the Eagles had even a bigger inning scoring five runs. Josh Ropple and Rennie Arjona had back-to-back RBI singles. Morrison later ripped a two-run single to give the Eagles an 8-0 lead. Starting pitcher Rodny Valdes cruised through four innings and did not allow a hit in the first 3.1 innings. The Lobos did score a combined six runs in the fifth and sixth inning. Dru Didway recorded an RBI single in the seventh for the final run of the game. Valdes received the win after tossing 5.1 innings and fanning seven. Zac McDaniel received the save after pitching the final three innings. Morrison finished 3-for-5 with four RBI.
