Grant Cross threw a four-hitter to lead the Eagles to a 13-6 win against Sul Ross State.

Overview:
Clarksville, Ark.-Sam Silvestri and Dru Didway blasted home runs and Grant Cross spun a four-hitter as the Eagles completed a three-game sweep against Sul Ross State University Friday with a 13-6 win. With a 1-0 lead, Didway cranked out a three-run homer in the second for a 4-0 advantage. In the next inning, Silvestri hit a two-run homer to give the Eagles a 6-3 lead. In the fourth, Silvestri, Kagen Kennedy and Josh Ropple had RBI's. Meanwhile, Cross was effectively getting the Lobos out with off-speed pitches. Didway had another RBI single in the fifth. Nicholas Bennett followed with an RBI and Kennedy had an RBI triple. The Eagles pounded out 13 hits in the game. Five Eagles had multiple-hit games. Didway finished 2-for-4 with four RBI. Cross worked 6.2 innings and gave up four hits while striking out three. Cross threw 111 pitches in the win.
