Austin, Texas-Concordia University Texas held Ozarks to three hits to hand the Eagles a 9-0 setback Friday night in an American Southwest Conference matchup.

Concordia (4-1, 1-0 ASC) scored once in the second frame to hold an early lead, but then added three in the fourth and fifth innings to build a 7-0 advantage. The Eagles (2-3, 0-1 ASC) had an early opportunity to put runs on the board, loading the bases with one out in the first inning, but couldn't push any runs across.

Jeffrey Works (0-2) took the loss after tossing three and two-third innings.
