Clarksville, Ark.-The University of the Ozarks baseball team used seven pitchers and took advantage of five errors to engineer a 7-4 come-from-behind win over NAIA Central Baptist College Tuesday.

A combined 13 pitchers were used in the non-conference contest, with Ozarks tallying nine total hits. Central Baptist (9-11) opened the game with two hits in the first inning to produce two runs. The Eagles (5-6) were held scoreless in the bottom of the first, but plated a run in the second and two more in the third to even the contest 3-3. The Mustangs totaled three errors in the second and third innings to assist the Eagles in a comeback. Dakota Ebarb had an RBI double in the third to push one run across. Ebarb eventually scored on an error. Fielder Dufrene drove in the go-ahead run in the fourth on an RBI double to left field. Dufrene would later score on another error committed by the Mustangs. Dufrene recorded an additional RBI in the fifth and Patrick Mixon posted an RBI in the sixth to make it 7-4. Meanwhile, the Eagles ran through its relievers and issued just one walk the entire game. Jack Waggoner (1-2) received the win.

Justin Crider led Ozarks with a 3-for-5 performance at the plate. Ebarb and Josh Woolly each had two hits.

Ozarks will host conference opponent McMurry University March 10-11.
